Training is available during the Fall and Spring, with a limited number of Winter sessions offered.

Winnetka
Winter Small Group Training
Register your interest for a weekly training slot with us this Winter! Due to the limited times and high indoor rental fees for the Winter training, you have to register as a group of 4–8 players and commit to the full 8 weeks of training.
We have training slots at 4–5 PM or 5–6 PM on Sundays from January 11 to March 1, held on the indoor turf field at Lake Forest College.

Each training includes a dynamic warm-up, focused technical drills (ball control, first touch, finishing), and game-based activities to apply those skills in realistic scenarios. Every session ends with quick feedback and takeaways.
Yes! We’ll work with you to find a day and time that fits your player’s routine. Sessions can be weekly or one-off, depending on your needs.
If your preferred training time isn’t listed, please contact us to inquire if we have any open slots available at your desired location.

Weekly sessions are offered at a discounted rate.
Players should arrive ready to train with:
- Soccer cleats
- Water bottle
- Shin guards
- Positive energy and effort!
Players should arrive ready to train with:
- If you need to change the date or time of a session you have booked, please provide as much notice as possible. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice.
- No refunds or credits will be provided within 48 hours of the session start time, as we will likely be unable to fill the training slot.
- If a session is cancelled due to weather, you will be issued a credit that can be used to make up the session at another available date/time or applied toward any of our programs.
- For 8-week programs, you may reschedule one session within the program duration, provided proper notice is given.
