Coaching Academy Membership Cancellation, Renewal, and Refund Agreement

This Coaching Academy Membership Cancellation, Renewal, and Refund Agreement (“Agreement”) explains the terms that apply to your Coaching Academy membership (“Membership”). By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your Membership at any time. Cancellation will prevent your Membership from renewing for the next billing period, but you remain responsible for payment through the end of your current monthly or annual Membership term.

Cancellation does not immediately terminate your access. You will continue to have access to the Coaching Academy through the end of the month or year for which you have already paid.

Canceling your Membership does not entitle you to a partial or prorated refund for any unused portion of the current billing period.

2. Refund Policy

All Membership payments are non-refundable, including payments for partially used monthly or annual Membership periods.

Because the Coaching Academy includes digital content, educational materials, and downloadable resources, no refunds will be issued after purchase. You may cancel your Membership at any time to prevent future charges, but you will remain responsible for the full monthly or annual term already paid for and will retain access through the end of that paid billing period.

3. Automatic Renewal

Monthly and annual Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file unless you cancel before the applicable renewal date.

If you cancel before the next renewal date, you will not be charged for the following month or year. You will continue to have access to the Coaching Academy through the end of your current paid billing period.

4. Member Acknowledgment and Agreement

By signing this Agreement, I acknowledge and agree that:

  • I may cancel my Membership at any time.

  • Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not end my access before the end of my current paid billing period.

  • I am responsible for payment through the end of my current monthly or annual Membership term.

  • Membership payments are non-refundable, including payments for partially used billing periods.

  • No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.

  • The Coaching Academy Membership automatically renews unless I cancel before the next renewal date.

  • I have had the opportunity to review and ask questions about this Agreement before signing.

  • I agree to comply with the Coaching Academy’s applicable Membership Terms, policies, and conditions.
